Survey results: 2022
Our service provided information, advice and guidance to over 2.1 million parents, carers and young people in 2021/2022.
Of that number, 15,609 were provided with intensive telephone and email advice while the other users were assisted through downloads of information pages on our website.
53% have an annual household income of less than £35,000
33% classify themselves as of an ethnic minority
15% class themselves as being disabled
92% of clients responded that they have a better understanding of their legal position after receiving advice from us
