Gavin Williamson could be set to announce plans for GCSE students in England to be told their exam topics in advance and marked more generously in the wake of the coronavirus crisis.
After last summer’s exam grading fiasco, the Education Secretary is reportedly preparing to unveil plans that could include putting asterisks next to results gained during the pandemic.
